The text color issue is fixed with commit 

ff280db9640328b486f3098ff81d328ba65b5084
    do not use PRELIGHT foreground color when rendering labels in flat buttons, because flat buttons have no custom background, and hence NORMAL color should be used likewise. MAGEIA bug: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3509

And merged to master.
