This bug was introduced with 4.8.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Click on the volume icon in the notification area.
- A small panel pops up with a slider, mute button and “Mixer” button.
- Dragging the slider alters the master channel properly.

Actual Results:  
But using the scroll wheel anywhere in panel alters only the master channel itself (as can be seen in an already open KMix mixer window). The slider itself stays where it is. That also happens (rather not happens) when the channel is altered in any other way, like through other mixer controls such as KMix or alsamixer).

Expected Results:  
The slider should move accordingly when the master channel volume is altered.

Confirm this. Also tried to delete kmixrc, with no effect.

As you can see, tray icon shows right level, but kmix master slider does not.

Can't reproduce on 4.8.2.
