When I add an Account with the Accountwizard in Kontact (in my case a Kolab account) after configuring it the Imap account does not show up in the KMail part of Kontact. Only after closing and restarting Kontact is the account shown.

This does not occur in the other Kontact parts using the same imap account (Korganizer, kaddressbook etc.) where directly after configuration the groupware information from this imap account can be accessed.

I've set Operating System to all because I can 100% reproduce it on both Windows and Linux.

Steps to Reproduce:
With an empty setup:
- Start KMail
- Configure a Kolab account in the Accountwizard
- Sync

Actual Results:  
Kmail does not show an imap account.

Expected Results:  
The imap account is shown in Kmail with the collection tree filling up while the initial Sync is working.

Can confirm this issue on KDE 4.8 too, after setting up a IMAP (gmail) account with the wizard.
