no improvement with 4.8... When clicking "Add" in the incoming accounts config, I also immediately get this useless error message: Resource IMAP Account 12 is broken. This resource is now offline before I even entered a server name or anything. It also seems that the issue is not limited to GSSAPI auth or imap. I just set up a GMX account which now shows as "Online, Idle" in Akonadi Console, but it's not in the Browser. OK sorry, correction. Seems like the POP3 account isn't supposed to show up as a separate element and other imap accounts are shown after a kmail restart. However the GSSAPI imap account still doesn't show up. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 267884 *** Not sure if this is actually a dupe, since it used to work (although flaky) with older releases of kmail2/akonadi. I think it was around 4.6. Also, I'm not getting any error message, but only that misbehaviour described in comment #2 and the description. I'm really not sure if this is the same bug as #267884. But maybe it's enough if the devs know that GSSAPI needs to be fixed ;-) |
