Description Egbert van der Wal 2012-01-22 10:52:18 UTC
Version:           2.4.3 (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS:                Linux

I was trying to play songs from my Netgear ReadyNAS Duo device with DAAP server. I had a password set, but as long as that password is set, Amarok will not show the DAAP server at all, and there is no option in the GUI to manually specifiy a server with a password as far as I could tell.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set up DAAP server with password, try to find it in Amarok.

Actual Results:
The DAAP server does not show up in Amarok. The logfile mentions the DAAP Server being found, and shows a line about authentication and then nothing:

[BEGIN] void Daap::Reader::loginRequest()
[END] void Daap::Reader::loginRequest() [Took: 0s]

Expected Results:
I would expect the server to show up in Amarok and, when trying to open it, have a password dialog pop up for me to enter the password.
