I just got done wasting a developers time about what I thought was a power savings issue that turned out to be due to the blank screen, screensaver starting during movies. It seems to me that this confusion could have been avoided if instead of having a blank screen, screensaver, we just have that feature replaced by standby mode, and also create a separate tab in Display and Monitors that links back to display power management.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
Be able to configure display power management in Display and Monitors setting pane.

I wonder whether the screensaver settings should be under power management instead of Display and Monitors.
From my perspective, Display & Monitors infers resolutions, multihead configuration, external display redirection, color depth, and similar things. Screensaver is intuitively a power management function.
Having duplicate settings in two separate configuration panels is messy.

The motivation of the initial comment seems to be solved. Power management is nowadays inhibiting screen locking, so it doesn't kick in when watching a movie.
