The help page for a missing manual instructs the reader to read the documentation on line but the documentation server is down.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell Kaffeine to show the manual.

  2. 
Start by searching the KDE Documentation site for the requested documentation.

Actual Results:  
  1. KHelpCenter says:

  2. ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://docs.kde.org/

The following error was encountered:

Sorry, this was caused by a fault on Saba, the KDE server responsible for a large number of KDE.org websites. It has since been fixed.
