Inactive icon is not for this purpose but for when the icon is hidden (because the bluetooth is deactiavted at a hardware level or the daemon is not pressent). But you have a point, we are not indicating that "Bluetooth is off" in any way. What I'm going to do is set an overlay icon instead which imho will solve the issue. Actually the overlay is already there, but because of a bug it is not shown. Going to fix the bug now ! Git commit 78aeadfcc68b84acbd96a6b71515e9aecf1877da by Alex Fiestas.
