I had trouble finding a system setting control panel after entering a search term (bug 291408). Part of my problem was the arrow and PgDn keys didn't work well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a partial search term that highlights a few icons (e.g. "sh").
2. Move the focus into the icon window by clicking in it, or pressing [Esc] to cancel the autocompletion hint dropdown then [Tab].
3. Try to move around using arrow keys, [Home], [PgUp], [PgDn], etc.
4. Cancel search and just try to move around all the (now enabled) icons

Actual Results:  
You can't move around. The arrow keys won't move the selection to a grayed-out icon (OK), but won't move past it to an enabled icon. With no search term (all icons enabled), if the selection is near the end of a long row of icons, you can't use the up and down arrows to move to the next row.

With or without icons matching search, [Home], [PgUp], [PgDn] won't scroll offscreen parts of the icon window into view.

Expected Results:  
Better keyboard navigation.
a) Tab should move the focus from the search box into the icon window, it shouldn't select the next item in the autocompletion list which is completely non-standard.
b) Tab should land you on the first enabled icon.
c) Arrow keys should navigate to nearest enabled icon.
d) Up and down arrows between long and short rows should always work, the way it does between lines of text in Kate and other text editors.
e) [Home], [PgUp], [PgDn] should scroll offscreen parts of the icon window into view.

Highlighting name by typing is really cool.

Dolphin with View > View Mode > Icons and View > Show in Groups has the same problem d) moving up and down between long and short groups, I don't know if they share icon window code.

This is a minor severity bug, but I'm sure it's not "a bug a trivial bug to find and fix" that this bug form suggests ;-)
