In interest of making an exportable .skel, this information should go to ... the env directory?


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
look at .trashrc file,  Status updates frequently, it is not a configuration option, rather session dependant.  It needs to be in another file

Actual Results:  
I have contaminated .skel file that needs manual editing.

Expected Results:  
Nice clean export of my settings to a new computer.

bug 290675 depends on this.

I believe it should be in the app directory.

This is so that sharing config files works properly.
