Description Joe 2012-01-05 20:34:03 UTC
Version: 2.4.3 (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

I'm hooked on Amarok. Been using it around five years.

One feature that seems to be missing is the ability to assign a shortcut for Remove Item from Playlist.

I can't find it in Amarok 2.4.0 (kubuntu lucid) or in 2.4.3 (oneiric).

I would use this regularly when I click too many times on a file in dolphin and it gets added multiple times to the playlist and in general when I want to modify a playlist on the fly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open configure shortcuts. It's not there as an option.

Actual Results:
Nothing.

Expected Results:
Being able to assign a key to Remove Track from Playlist

I also find this, using Amarok 2.6.0 in KDE 4.9.5 under Fedora 17. It would very handy to have "Remove from Playlist" as a shortcut option.

It was so stupid simple that I missed it for years. It's the Del key!

Maybe the bug is just in the shortcut key documentation.
