The cell context menu for cells has these action text:
"All" (action clearAll)
"Comment..." (action comment)
"Comment" (action clearComment) for a cell with a comment

These action are also used as subitems in the menu, action comment "Insert -> Comment...", action clearComment "Edit -> Clear -> Comment", action clearAll  "Edit -> Clear -> All", but there the meaning is obvious due to the menu item text.
