some files doesn't appears in built-in archive programm.
Appers in IntellijIdea archive http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/idea/ideaIU-11.tar.gz


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1 download http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/idea/ideaIU-11.tar.gz
2 untar in sh: tar xvfz ideaIU-11.tar.gz
3 open ideaIU-11.tar.gz file in krusader and untar by f5 button
4 compare directories ideaIU-11/bin/ - in directory recieved by step 3 there is no files idea.properties; appletviewer.policy; log.xml

Actual Results:  
some file missing

Expected Results:  
directories should be identical

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-2-686
Compiler: gcc

I can reproduce this with the tar:/ ioslave not wit krarc:/ -
can you confirm this ?

yep. 
So, other programms using tar ioslave (Konqueror) is also missing files

I have found the same problem.

It happens me with this file:

The IntelliJ Idea issue is the exact same issue as in bug #206994. The Apache Maven issue may or may not be the same as bug #206994 as well, it's definitely not the same as bug #258737 because I can reproduce it with kdelibs-4.6.5-11.fc15 which has the fix for bug #258737 backported.
