When clicking on the "this page" link in the Facebook "Add Account" dialog, nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Accounts KCM
2. Click "Add Account"
3. Select "Facebook Chat"
4. Click on "this link" in the description below the "Username" field

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
A browser window should open.
