Version:           4.8 (using KDE 4.7.3) 
OS:                Linux

KMail crashes when adding a shortcut and using it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
(Taking into account you already have a mail account with folders added)
1- Right click a folder.
2- Right click "Mark all mails as read".
3- Click "Configure shortcut".
4- Add a shortcut (I added Ctrl+R personally, I don't know whether it will crash with other combinations as well).
5- OK
6- Hit the shortcut.

KMail will crash, but only the first time the shortcut is used, the next times you use it it won't crash.

I cannot reproduce the crash with the given steps. 

If you're able to reproduce the crash, please attach a backtrace.
