In certain situations -- seems to be based on file type I hovered with my mouse cursor -- the Info panel enlarges itself to get wider.

That should not happen, especially when I locked the panels in the first place.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
No firm idea.... yet at least.


Expected Results:  
Stay the same size
