aha, so it is suggested to be a duplicate of #281605, and also this part of the backtrace Thread 1 (Thread 0x7f51b5c40780 (LWP 6458)): [KCrash Handler] #6 bt::PieceData::write (this=0x0 and the diff for the fix for #281605, support that. ubuntu currently only has libktorrent3 (1.1.1-2) but libktorrent3_1.1.3-1_amd64.deb from debian http://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/libktorrent3/download incorporates this fix. i just installed that version and now ktorrent runs ok again. so im closing this as duplicate *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 281605 *** |
