Image box does not store image pasted to it in design time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Place some image in the clipboard. Right click on an image box, select Image->Paste from the context menu. Image is pasted and should appear. Save the form and reopen it.

Actual Results:  
The image is not visible.

Expected Results:  
Image shows.

Images are stored properly if inserted using Image->Insert From File... command instead of pasting.
