Using gallery plugin to export your photos is rather problematic in some workflows. The export plugin dialog doesn't at all respect your selection in the main digikam window, nor does it present you with list of exported photos. Instead you are presented with file picker dialog when you are asked for photos to be uploaded.

So when for example suppose you have marked some photos in your particular album with "upload" tag, gallery export plugin is useless for you, because you cannot filter photos wit this tag.

Expected Results:  
I think gallery plugin should be remade as other export plugins to respect selection in main digikam window, include list of photos being uploaded etc.
