- What I was doing when the application crashed:

My KDE desktop was just starting and i received a dialog about an Amarok setting error. I acepted the message and try to play a song. The song started on the "Playing Now" plasmoid, but there's no sound. When I maximized the Amarok window, the application crashed.

Please use a different Phonon backend than the xine one which is unmaintained. You should trhy the gstreamer or the vlc backend.
