Seems to be a regression in 4.8; menubar hiding worked in 4.7 and earlier.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hide menubar using Ctrl+Shift+M or menu item
2. restart Konsole
3. observe that menubar is visible


Expected Results:  
3. menubar should be hidden
