OS: Linux

This function exists in e.g. Picasa; it synchronizes people faces to google contacts, which saves good time.

An option to overwrite photos or only upload to contacts without one would be also nice.

Perhaps the way is through the PIM/KAddressBook, and from there to google?

Reproducible: Didn't try

Expected Results:
The expected results are that online contacts in google have their picture icon updated.

I prefer to see face tags to be exported to Akonadi.

Exporting Akonadi contacts to Google contacts is more a task dedicated to Akonadi, in the way to be generic with other remote Contacts storage, and as i can see in KDE bugzilla, there are already many export components created to talk with Facebook, and Google.
