I pressed F4 then used the terminal for a while then while i was using the shreder inside the terminal dolphin just crashed and exited

I couldn't reproduce the bug or find any duplicates.

Blagovest, I don't know how you search, but the duplicates are easy to find with the advanced search query:

1. Select the product, in this case Dolphin
2. put the function call responsible for the crash in the comment field, in this case DolphinView::ViewAccessor::deleteView
3. Select all status options (Click in the Status field and select by Ctrl+A)
4. Hit search
you can see several reports marked as duplicates of bug 278302
