I use my old laptop as a desktop system, so no battery is ever present. The battery applet says "Battery: *Not present*", then in the next line "Time remaining:" without anything after the colon. This text is useless and can thus be removed.

This is fixed in 4.8.80
If my adapter is plugged in I no longer see the time remaining line.

I still see it in all situations (in enabled in config)

Edit: My bad. If the adapter is plugged in it is still shown. If the battery is not, it does not appear to be.
