If the package Hupnp (herqq) is present during the build of KDElibs, the support is compiled while the support is not complete yet regarding Solid and maybe other parts, becomming in a KDE build broken in many parts.

The support should be explicitelly requested via CMake or something but not built by default until the support gets finished.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Compile the last kdelibs tarball (4.7.90 or a Git snapshot)

Actual Results:  
The Hupnp support is compiled

Expected Results:  
no support compiled by default
