- the add items window shows in the first step, where the categories are shown , already the buttons "add items" and "cancel"
-> add items has no sense as the user cannot select anything

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- switch to an activity
- tap plus button
- see two buttons on the bottom of the "add items" window

Actual Results:  
- add items and cancel button displayed

Expected Results:  
- both buttons are gone
- or: only cancel is shown (but the user can hit the background to close the window, so i dont know if its really needed here)

now add items is disabled, cancel is called "close" and still displayed.

about the close button: that should be either always shown or never for me
