wrong headline: after tapping new activity, the window has the title "activity configuration" instead of "create new activity"

Steps to Reproduce:
- go to activity switcher
- tap new activity plus button
- see title of window


Expected Results:  
after tapping new activity, the window has the title  "create new activity"

uhm, but what the dialog actually does is configuring it, no?

This step is configuration, yes. But the user's task is still to create a new activity. And if he cancels the dialog, the activity is not being created (at least from a user's perspective).
"Activity configuration" makes it look like the activity was already there and the task is to change its configuration.
