Description Stéphane Ascoët 2011-11-29 10:34:44 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

See details below.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Right-click on kde menu. Choose kde menu editor.
kmenuedit appears.

Actual Results:
We can edit the whole "application" section well right, but impossible to edit "Quit" section for example.

Expected Results:

-->It would be an improvement to be able to do so.
-->By now, the "kde menu editor" title doesn't go well with what the editor actually does, since it can only edit the "applications" part. So it's confusing for user who launched the editor from the whole, general kde menu, and then see a detailed view of "applications" section. It takes a few seconds to realize that it's only this section that is displayed.

> Right-click on kde menu. Choose kde menu editor

Here, it says "Edit Applications...", if it actually says "Menu Editor", then it either is a translation bug, or it has already changed (KDE 4.4.5 isn't exactly recent ...)

Renaming done in KDE 4.4.8

Well, sorry, 4.8.4
