Menu items disappear from Kickoff when I try to edit menu items in kmenuedit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Right click on Kickoff Application Launcher > 
Edit Applications (run KDE Menu Editor) > 
edit description (or some else) of any application > 
menu item disappears from Kickoff's Applications tab


Expected Results:  
Kickoff should display modified entries.
