Is it offline ?
Look at in akonadiconsole.
Comment 2 Daniel Moyne 2011-11-14 00:03:18 UTC
yes it was : I found the answer by searching on the web ; I had to open "akonadiconsole" and set the mail dispatcher "on" ; now after all the mess that you brought to an application that worked well, that worked fast, that we did master quite well, that was usable immediately when opened, can you please provide at least some messages to the user to explain the situation that is beyond his control ; in the present case though WE DO NOT KNOW WHY THE MAIL DISPATCHER WAS XSET OFF we could expect when trying to send a message that is supposed TO BE SENT IMMEDIATELY a warning message to be displayed with something like "sorry the mail dispatcher is "off" would you like to set it "on" to ship your message as EXPEXCTED
