Somehow, a long time ago, I amanged to add a Note widget to the Plasma Netbook shell.  No idea how I did that since there doesn't seem to be an option to add widgets.

Now I can't remove it again.  I can unlock the widgets and move the widget horizontally (which makes a weird rectangle appear), but the remove button doesn't appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
Unlock widgets, try to remove the widget.

Actual Results:  
Doesn't work.

Expected Results:  
Should work.
