Version:           2.0.89 (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

In kmail2 config there is no text to mark "use message indicator" like it was in kmail1

so the message indicator dosent cooporate with kmail.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run kmail

Actual Results:  
I got booth "envelope" icons in systray: kmail and message indicator
quaite annoing think :(

Expected Results:  
it should work like it was earlier with kmail1
that way

It was not porting...
Will look at if possible to add it for 4.8

not sure it's worth reintroducing something that isn't part of the plasma systray API and is only useful for ubuntu (a quick search shows that neither Debian, Opensuse or Fedora have libindicate-qt).
