Description Steffen Schloenvoigt 2011-11-09 08:15:01 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

I have a dolphin window on screen 1 (not maximized) and move it to screen 2 -> The window gets maximized horizontally.
The same happens for several other KDE applications (KWrite is maximized vertically for example). For some others it can't be reproduced. That somehow seems a bit wired.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Move a window from one screen to another.

Actual Results:
Window sizes are changed...

Expected Results:
I would expect, that the window size stays the same when moving from one screen to another (at least if I don't touch "scaling" edges).

this is most likely a dupe - please perform the xprop checks on the affected window before moving it
