when filters get applied to messages, either automatically or manually, the user cannot see anything about this.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
have a long-running filter (like call external script that sleep 60; or use spamc/spamassassin - whatever), apply it manually to an email.

Actual Results:  
As you wait for the filter to get applied, the UI around the email does not change at all.

Expected Results:  
Some UI-indication that the mail is getting filtered and waiting for the result

I confirm it will look at how to make infos about filtrering.
