Description Jay LaCroix 2011-11-06 18:16:35 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS: Linux

I searched for a bug like mine and didn't find one. I hope this hasn't already been reported. I marked it as a wish because I don't think this is a bug.

Whenever I group two windows by right clicking the kwin border and clicking "move to group" and then I remove an item from the group, the window retains the size of the group's window size, not the size it was before grouping. I think that the window size should return to the previous size when ungrouping.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Group an application to another by right clicking kwin and clicking "move to group"

2.) Ungroup the application from step 1, and notice that it is the size of the group window, it didn't return to the size it was before grouping

Expected Results:
Perhaps you guys should consider making the application return to the window size it was before it was grouped.
