I had the need to resize a bunch of icons to 60x60 but the batch queue manager in manual mode is limited to 100

Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
I can't resize less than 100

Expected Results:  
be free to choose the output size

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
