Description Malte S. Stretz 2011-10-31 10:38:50 UTC
Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

KMail/Akonadi (1.6.2) just started to reply with the error message "Remote Folders: Store failed, server replied: A000315 BAD Error in IMAP command UID: Invalid arguments." when I send mails. Not always. It looks like this happens for a specific recipient only but I can't prove that.

The mails are stored in the Sent folder of my IMAP account and they do exist after the error.

The IMAP server is a Dovecot 1.1.11.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kmail2 (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.12 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 2 Malte S. Stretz 2016-10-02 14:30:52 UTC
I haven't seen this issue since the last or so update (running KMail 5.1.3/KF 5.23.0 by now).

At some point before that it got really bad and I got spammed by these error messages but not anymore.
