- sorry if this is a duplicate, i searched for the original bug, didnt find it though...

on MeeGo Image, running on WeTab, latest image for DevDays:
- while swiping through the peek area and the different open app thumbnails, the thumbnails are replaced by icons and the close icon always stays behind and doesnt move properly

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- start Plasma Active
- open several apps
- go to the Peek Area and start swiping
- see the thumbnails have painting issues

Actual Results:
the thumbnails are replaced by icons and the close icon always stays behind and

Expected Results:
the thumbnails should stay like normal and the close icons should stay in place as well

that would be a sign that kwin is not painting the thumbnail either at all or in the right place. were there changes made in the last 2 weeks to the peek area?

This should be solvable by redoing the complete peek area with kwin's built in
window switching capabilities. I am currently working on integrating QML into
the switching framework and afterwards rendering thumbnails with QML.
