Make ksplashx honor WAIT_STATE ready

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

ksplashx will always exit when it reaches the 'desktop' state.

A theme with a "WAIT_STATE ready" line in the description.txt will still not wait for KDE to startup fully (ie all the services and autostart). If the theme wants to exit before ready it should not have such a line in the description.txt

Many probably prefer to get the desktop visible asap, me I prefer to have it made visible when I can actually use it. Depending on system this may be a difference of 10-20s and it is nice to show something while waiting.

One drawback with this change is that any 3rd party theme that just copied the KDE default will now wait for 'ready' when it used to exit at 'desktop' and that could cause some confusion or comments on "slow" startup. This could be solved by adding a "MAX_STATE" parameter in description.txt or similar with a default of 'ready'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
log in using a ksplashx theme with a WAIT_STATE ready line in description.txt

Actual Results:
ksplashx exits at/after the desktop state

Expected Results:
ksplashx should not ignore that the configuration file tells it to wait for ready and the splash should (in this case) remain visible until ready.
