It looks like poppler 0.18 is'nt detected so no pdf plugin is build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install poppler and poppler-qt 0.18, try to compile okular and then install it.After that okular cannot read pdf file (no plugin avalible). 

Actual Results:  
With poppler 0.16 works like a charm.

Expected Results:  
Compile pdf plugin with current poppler , poppler-qt 0.18

Works for me so it is a problem in your side. We are not here to debug user problems not being able to setup its environment. If you want you can drop by the #okular irc channel in the freenode network and if we are there we will help you online
