Version:           0.13.1 (using KDE 4.7.1)

When I open any document in Okular, there is no border between the document and the toolbar + sidebar. It looks ugly :(
May be, something similar to Dolphin, Kate etc can be implemented for Okular where there is a coloured border around the content area, which separates it from the address bar on the top and side-bar on the left.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a PDF in Okular. 

Actual Results:  
Observe the edge of the toolbar and the document area, there is no border.

Expected Results:  
There should be a visible border to seperate the document and the toolbar+sidebar

On my modern Okular there is a thin boarder around the document area. I am assuming this is fixed in more recent versions. Please reopen with screenshots if otherwise.
