I could not enter any information in the Define Equipment field so that I could define my telescopes, etc. to the system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Bring up Kstar and go to Settings->Define Equipment

Actual Results:  
fields don't change

Expected Results:  
allowed me to enter information

Tried to reproduce this with KStars trunk and could not reproduce. The only annoying thing is the combo box for the focal length and aperture since it does not allow me to enter the value directly, this should be fixed.

That combo box problem too should now be fixed.

Actually, the define equipment feature is somewhat broken. It would be nice to have a centralized system to define equipment in KStars, and use that everywhere else. I'm sure the existing feature can be tweaked to become that centralized place to define equipment. Finally, we could show it in the startup wizard, so we can then use the defined equipment to:
1. Log observations (which was the original purpose)
2. Calculate fields of view automatically
3. Suggest objects with the What's interesting feature automatically.
