I don't use aqbanking, so I can't test, but importing a buy transaction to an investment account works fine for OFX. Does this still happen with 5.x, or can we close this (invalid or needsinfo?) Created attachment 114737 [details]
AqBanking internal structure
AqBanking itself supports multiple file formats and online protocols, among them also OFX. So we could also test investment import of OFX files through AqBanking. The end result should be the same in both cases.
To show the layout of AqBanking I attach a slide I have presented at Akademy 2008.
