Firstly we switch through "on local network" and "local-xmpp".

My main issue is the phrase 
"This is a place holder for a serious description"

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Delete local-xmpp results

I have two more issues.

1/ It misses tooltip (like 97% of all our checboxes and other controls) and that makes reading the "Install telepathy-salut" note unreadable with some styles (see screenshot). I agree this is rather style-bug than ours, but still, we should add tooltips for improved usability.

2/ Somehow on my system the icon and labels can't fit in the given space and are cut. See second screenshot.

Unreadable "Install salut" with Bespin style

When using Bespin, the note saying "Install telepathy-salut to enable local-xmpp" is unreadable, because that's how the style behaves with unchecked checkboxes and you can't check the checkbox if you don't have salut. Again, it's more a style issue, but one tooltip could solve this (and possibly other cases as well)

Ooops I forgot it :D
Just choose a phrase and replace it, I'm not good in this!

Martin, please report the other issues as new bugs...
