Can you first try updating your ports tree (so that you get KDE 4.6.5 instead of 4.5.5) and then check if the issue persists? Portupgrade had caused a lib error, several libs were incorrect. Working on the problem, getting it sorted. Not much of an issue at this time, FreeBSD 9.0 will be released soon, system will be upgraded. Thanks William Wallis OK, thanks.
