I think it would also be important if Konqueror would ask for a password when I don't have permission to write a file to a directory. Right now KWord just tells me it can't save a file. If it can't save it because of permissions it should just ask for the password. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 5522 *** And the same should be (the password box), when I need to copy some files where a user is not allowed to. This will make using KDE faster, and I will not be forced to open a konsole and start MC, whenever I need to edit, copy, move, save, delete, etc. a file where a user is not allowed to. |
