We need to support user defined variables.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Load attached documennt in oowriter vs words and see that the headline is visible in oowriter but not in words. The headline is a user-defined variables defined in the content.xml.


Actual Results:  
We don't display the variable.

Expected Results:  
We should display the variable like oowriter does.

Patch that fixes the issue is at the plugins-uservariables-sebsauer branch. Working on improving the branch before adding it for review to the reviewboard and then merging to master.

Great progress! The initial document now shows the defined variables in calligra trunk with the posted patch.
