Each item in the notifications list window has a line beneath it. This helps separate items from each other visually, but is unneeded / unwanted visual noise on the last one.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the notifications widget from the panel and look at the last item in the list.

Actual Results:  
Has a line drawn under it.

Expected Results:  
Should have no line after the last item.

I'm still getting that line on 2011-10-11-17-56-meego-plasma-active-testing-USB-live.iso
As you can see there is also another issue: text is cut off; "DE Power Management Syste".
