Notifications are shown coming out of the panel, instead of smoothly animating into the content area.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Open the notifications icon

Actual Results:  
Appears, doesn't slide in

Expected Results:  
Should slide in.

not reproducible here, should be tested again (i suppose compositing was off?)
