Items added to an activity (via recommendations, SLC, in the Add window, etc) it takes a number of seconds before they appear in the activity screen.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Add window, select something (e.g. an application) to add.

Actual Results:  
Takes 2-3 seconds to appear in the activity screen.

Expected Results:  
Should be nearly instantaneous.

It is much faster now. Tested on meego-plasma-active-one-usb-live.iso
